Charm & Comfort is not a travel agency, although it provides its clients with a support that allows the visitors to make reservations directly in Charm & Comfort's pages. With an on line form Charm & Comfort enables the users to obtain information about the availability of its clients. Charm & Comfort sends that form to its client in order to establish contact between both parties.
Who can access to the reservations request service?
Everyone who visits the site, whether they are Portuguese or not, may request information/reservation to the clients of Charm & Comfort. When data is transmitted and the information request is sent to the client Charm & Comfort, such as a response to the request information or a booking confirmation, the client is the sole responsible. That is why any booking confirmation is directly made between the client and the visitor, exempting Charm & Comfort from any participation in that communication.

Charm & Comfort does not include enterprises that operate in foreign countries, without any representation in Portugal.
